February 2021 Update

Dear customers and partners,

To help protect you and our staff we will only have a reduced and core staff team for the meantime. Unfortunately we have also had to suspend our volunteering and training services for now.

We are operating a call/email service for click and collect or delivery only. Any click & collect orders requiring cuts will expect a 3 day waiting time.

We would also appreciate you calling before visiting. Anyone who visits without prior arrangement may be turned away.

Dear customers and partners, please note that as a manufacturer and support service to the construction sector we will remain open unless government advice changes.

Meanwhile though, to help protect our staff, we will only have a reduced and core staff team. Unfortunately, we have had to cease our volunteering and training services for the meantime.

We are fortunate that we have a great deal of space, nonetheless we will need to place even greater controls around our activities.
These changes mean;

• We ask all customers to make contact initially by telephone or email to discuss your requirements.
• We can arrange a collection service, where goods – orders are made up in advance
• We will offer home and business deliveries at a reduced cost – please note we will only have one person doing deliveries e.g. heavy loads and difficult access arrangements must be discussed in advance
• We will have reduced opening hours over the next few weeks – please check our website

We thank you for your understanding during this time but please let us know if you think we can improve our service.
