Anyone looking for support can walk through the door and get help fast. As designers of the space in Merchant City, Finni Porter Chambers and Anna Campbell Jones utilised a wide range of local suppliers and makers to fit out the space, including Glasgow Wood.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Since the rise of social distancing, erz. studio wanted to find a way for people to be together in a safe and comfortable space. This was when the HALO Gardens project was born. With our help, these outdoor sanctuaries are now popping up across Glasgow. Currently, there are gardens at Royal Alexandra and Queen Elizabeth University Hospitals, along with Yoker, Stobhill and Burton-on-Trent.</p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Our design team were tasked with completely </span><span data-contrast="auto">reimagining</span><span data-contrast="auto"> the space to reflect the </span><span data-contrast="auto">Chivas</span><span data-contrast="auto"> Regal brand. This included design choices on flooring, lighting, and </span><span data-contrast="auto">colour</span><span data-contrast="auto"> scheme. </span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">We used reclaimed oak from whisky barrels wherever possible as a circular design choice. This mate</span><span data-contrast="auto">rial comes with a few challenge for example the curved shape and rustic finish</span><span data-contrast="auto">. We have used whisky barrel staves to clad the walls. The lamp shades are </span><span data-contrast="auto">made from half b</span><span data-contrast="auto">arrels. There is an Adirondack Chair and Stool, both made from staves, showcased in the space.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}"> </span></p>

<h3>The Result</h3>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">The final design reflects the </span><span data-contrast="auto">colours</span><span data-contrast="auto"> of the </span><span data-contrast="auto">Chivas</span><span data-contrast="auto"> Regal 12 Year Old branding with </span><span data-contrast="auto">it’s</span><span data-contrast="auto"> distinctive red and gold label.
