A few members of the team at Glasgow Wood have been working on some very unique prototypes recently. These pieces recycle some of the vast quantities of plastic strapping which come through our workshop, helping to reduce our waste even more.

Last year Glasgow Wood Recycling’s efforts to tackle social exclusion and promote sustainability were boosted by the announcement of funding from the Scottish Government and European Union for 'Designs on Growth' - our in-house design project. We are now 9 months into our design project and some great progress has been made. We've launched 13 new products!
