GSA Masters student Garrett Ure creates sculptures using reclaimed wood
Glasgow School of Art Sculpture Masters student Garret, centres his practice around restoring and reimagining waste timber. Using a wide range of reclaimed wood including various components of oak whisky barrels, he combines this timber with other recycled materials to craft highly unique sculptures.

Community Creations: Timber Kid, the aspiring young wood-worker
Brodie has been building dens and using woodworking tools since he was aged 3. Over 10 years later and he’s now building tables, storage units and even event props, all from reclaimed wood. It sounds like Timber Kid has started his furniture making career early!
